Your plan should as a minimum include the following items:
- Description of the idea
- Outline of the product, solution or services you offer
- The business model
- Current operational status of your company
- CV / bio’s of your Management Team / Founders.
- Basic Requirement Assessment - What you think you need to move to the next step
- Opportunity Assessment - 6 month outlook – liquidity, people, development process etc.
- Sketchy 18 month outlook – Where you think the company is heading.
Please keep all information short and to the point. Should you require an NDA to be put in place then please let us know although at this stage it should not be necessary to divulge highly confidential information. We’re simply looking to ascertain what the basic idea is, market opportunity and your business model – plus learn a little bit about the team running the venture.
Once we have read and discussed your business plan we will get back to you. If we decide to reject your proposal we will tell you why or point you in the direction of someone we feel may be better positioned to help. If we decide to investigate your proposal further we will invite you to a meeting where we can discuss next steps.
